Workflow Description

An automated workflow that extracts data from Baserow databases on a set schedule or manual trigger, processes it through custom code, and sends it via HTTP requests to external systems, eliminating manual data transfer tasks and reducing operational overhead.

How it works

  1. 1.Set the trigger: choose between scheduled intervals or manual execution on demand
  2. 2.Fetch data from selected Baserow tables using database queries
  3. 3.Process and transform data with custom JavaScript to format, filter, and validate records
  4. 4.Send processed data to external systems via HTTP POST or PUT requests

Use cases

  • Export product inventory and stock levels from Baserow to e-commerce platforms
  • Generate and send periodic reports to analytics tools, CRMs, or cloud storage
  • Sync customer records, projects, or tasks between Baserow and third-party business applications

Requirements

  • Active Baserow account with API access to source tables
  • API endpoints from target systems that will receive the data
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript or simple scripts for data transformation
