Process OpenAI Requests and Store Results in Supabase
Workflow Description
An automation template that receives requests via webhook, processes them through OpenAI for intelligent analysis, and stores the responses and extracted data in Supabase. This creates an organized record of all interactions and results for future reference and auditing.
How it works
- 1.Receive and prepare the incoming request through a webhook endpoint
- 2.Send the text to OpenAI and capture the generated response
- 3.Apply conditional logic to evaluate and categorize the response
- 4.Save the request, response, and user data to Supabase tables
- 5.Query the database to retrieve relevant historical records
- 6.Return the final result to the requesting client
Use cases
- Build an AI assistant with persistent conversation history storage
- Process surveys and sentiment analysis while maintaining audit logs
- Generate content automatically and archive previous versions for review
Requirements
- OpenAI API key with sufficient quota and permissions
- Active Supabase account with configured database and tables
- Secure webhook URL endpoint for receiving requests
Service Value
Ideal as a smart automation service combining integrations and AI to produce ready-to-use results.
