Search Elasticsearch and filter results with dynamic processing
Workflow Description
An automated workflow that receives manual requests, queries Elasticsearch via HTTP, filters results based on custom conditions, and processes data dynamically. Supports parallel data splitting and image editing within the pipeline for optimized performance.
How it works
- 1.Receive manual trigger request through n8n interface
- 2.Send HTTP request with query parameters to Elasticsearch endpoint
- 3.Apply filter conditions to retrieve matching results
- 4.Split processed data for parallel execution
- 5.Edit or transform images attached to results
- 6.Store final data in workflow variables for export
Use cases
- Execute advanced searches across large document repositories and log databases
- Filter and refine search results according to business-specific criteria
- Automate search-and-retrieve workflows within DevOps and developer pipelines
Requirements
- Active Elasticsearch instance with accessible API endpoint and authentication credentials
- Basic knowledge of Elasticsearch query syntax and JSON structure
- Permissions to process and manipulate images and sensitive data
