At DROPIDEA (دروب أيديا), we always strive to deliver high-quality digital services that meet our clients' expectations. This policy outlines the terms and procedures related to refunds for our services.
1. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to all digital services provided by DROPIDEA, including:
- Website design and development
- App development
- Visual identity design
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- AI chatbot solutions
- Social media management
- Voice recording and video production
- Translation services
- Digital marketing
- Maintenance and content management
2. Refund Eligibility
Clients are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
2.1 Before Work Begins
If work on the project has not yet started, the Client is entitled to a full refund (100%) within 7 days of the payment date. After 7 days but before actual work begins, an administrative fee of 10% will be deducted from the refunded amount.
2.2 After Work Begins
Once project execution has started, the following refund schedule applies:

2.3 Full Refund Cases
The Client is entitled to a full refund in the following exceptional circumstances:
- No work or deliverables have been provided by the Company despite the agreed deadline being exceeded by more than 30 days.
- A service entirely different from what was agreed upon in the contract was delivered.
- Fundamental defects exist in the deliverables that cannot be fixed despite multiple attempts (at least 3 revision rounds).
3. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not available for the following:
- Digital Marketing and Advertising: Amounts paid to advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) are non-refundable as they are paid directly to the platforms.
- Domain Registration and Hosting: Domain registration fees and hosting subscriptions paid to third-party providers.
- Licenses and Subscriptions: Software licenses, fonts, and images purchased for the project.
- Completed Services: Any service that has been delivered and approved by the Client in writing.
- Consultations: Fees for consultation sessions that have already taken place.
- Change of Mind: A change of mind by the Client after approving deliverables does not constitute grounds for a refund.
4. Refund Request Process
To submit a refund request, please follow these steps:
- Submit Request: Send your refund request via email to [email protected], including the project number and reason for the refund request.
- Review: Our team will review the request within 5 business days and assess the project status and completion percentage.
- Communication: We will contact you to discuss the request and provide a suitable resolution, which may include completing the work, modifying deliverables, or issuing a financial refund.
- Decision: You will be notified of the final decision within 10 business days from the date of the request.
- Refund Execution: If the refund is approved, the amount will be transferred within 14 business days to the original payment method.
5. Refund Timeframes
- Request Review: 5 business days
- Decision Issued: 10 business days from request submission
- Refund Execution: 14 business days after approval
- Maximum Total: 30 business days from request submission to receipt of funds
6. Refund Methods
Refunds are processed via:
- Bank transfer to the Client's account
- Reversal to the credit/debit card used for payment
- Any other method agreed upon by both parties
Note: Any bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the Client.
7. Dispute Resolution
If the Client is dissatisfied with the refund decision:
- Internal Escalation: The Client may request a review by senior management within 7 days of receiving the decision.
- Negotiation: Both parties shall seek to resolve the dispute amicably through direct negotiation within 15 days.
- Mediation: If an amicable resolution is not possible, the parties may resort to mediation by a neutral third party.
- Legal Action: As a last resort, the dispute shall be referred to the competent courts in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
8. Exceptions
The refund policy does not apply in the following cases:
- If the project delay was caused by the Client's delay in providing required materials or information.
- If the Client requested substantial modifications outside the original project scope without agreeing to additional costs.
- In cases of force majeure that prevent project execution.
- If the Client violated the terms of use or provided misleading information.
