Google Ads stops more than 500 million ads

Yesterday, Google announced the statistics of ads that were made through the Adwords network, as it mentioned detailed numbers for violating ads in 2014. Mike Hochberg, an advertising engineer at Google, said that the ban will be final and without tolerance towards all those who spread malicious programs and those who impersonate and invite users to fake sites.

What is striking in the statistics is that 9.6 million advertisements for health care products were stopped, and this practice may fall under the heading of illegal marketing by pharmacies that are not licensed to work in this field. Google adds that more than 4.3 million ads were stopped for containing copyrighted material. On the other hand, in Google AdSense, Google says that there are 1.25 million applications to join the AdSense program, which were rejected because they did not meet all the conditions. Google adds that more than 250,000 websites were suspended because they contained malicious software that infects the user while browsing.
