Pioneer acquires Optile, and these are the details of the deal
By Admin
US Payoneer has acquired Optile, a German payment platform that gives businesses access to any payment method and provider. With the acquisition, the US company wants to build a platform that drives global growth for companies, markets and SMEs around the world. Using Optile's payment platform and its single API, merchants can add payment options and partners.
The platform is designed for businesses to scale faster into new markets. It has now been acquired by the global cross-border payments platform company, and the deal is expected to close within the next two months. With the acquisition, Payoneer wants to build its own independent payments platform.
According to its CEO, Scott Galette, Optile has an enterprise-level, partner-friendly technology approach, which should be a great addition to Payoneer's global platform. One of the features of Optile is that it allows merchants to create their own ecosystem of affiliate partners or affiliates. For example, an airline could create an ecosystem of merchants that provide travel-related services.
The customer then pays for their airfare, car rental, hotel, and more without having to re-enter their payment information. #Pioneer News #Pioneer
