Solutions to disable ads or account on AdSense – Part Three

Peace be upon you. As a continuation of the previous article, where we discussed the reasons that may lead to your Google AdSense account being suspended, today we will mention the methods and solutions that you can follow if the account is suspended as a result of violating the policies, as we previously explained. If we determine that an account does not comply with our program policies, we will take action against that account to protect advertisers.

What violations did you find? You should have received a notification letting you know that your account has been disabled for program policy reasons. Accounts may be disabled for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to the following: Your account has a long history of policy violations and/or repeated policy violations.

Note that the publisher is responsible for the content on any page displaying their ads, even if that content was created by someone else, for example on sites with user-generated content. Your account has shown deceptive behavior. Our policy specialists found a site in your account that clearly violates our policy.

These violations include, but are not limited to, adult content, copyright infringement, as well as instances of extreme violence. We have established  program policies   to ensure that publishers, their site visitors, and advertisers have a positive experience.

Therefore, our decisions in this matter are final. If you feel that this decision was made in error, and if you can demonstrate in good faith that the policy violations that occurred did not occur due to actions or negligence on your part or those for whom you are responsible, you may appeal the decision to disable your account. However, please also be aware that we reserve the right to disable any account for violating the Program Policies, and there is no guarantee that your account will be restored. It should be noted that you cannot send more than one objection request for your account.

We take our actions based on careful examination by our dedicated staff of specialists, taking into account the interests of advertisers, publishers and users. Although you may be upset with our decision, we cannot reinstate your account. Please also note that publishers whose accounts have been disabled for program policy reasons are not permitted to participate in AdSense any further.

Per the AdSense Terms and Conditions, publishers whose accounts have been disabled for reasons related to the program policies are not entitled to receive any further payments. Earnings earned in your account will be returned to advertisers affected by this activity appropriately. Please also note that we will stop paying any outstanding checks for accounts that have been disabled for program policy reasons.
