How to share Instagram stories - Repost Instagram stories that you like in 3 ways

Sharing Instagram Stories is a great way to interact with your audience and add new content to your account. Some users prefer to share photos and videos made by others in Instagram Stories again and revive old posts and stories. While many people, especially brands, frequently repost this content to their main accounts' News Feed, Instagram offers very few official ways to repost content in an event or post, but it is possible, and can be done without much effort.
How to Re-Share an Instagram Story Re-post Most Instagram posts created by other accounts can be shared as an Instagram event for your followers to view. This is the only official way to share a post made by other people on Instagram. It is popular because of its simplicity and how it relates to the original creator. You can do this by: Open the Instagram app on your iOS or Android device, and select the post you want to share. Click on the paper airplane icon, then add post to your story.
Here you should note that the sharing option may be disabled in some accounts, but you should not encounter this issue often. The post will now appear embedded in a new Instagram Story, and you can add the usual gifs, text, and music. Click on your story to repost your Instagram story again.

If the mention is public and allows sharing of its content, you should see a link in the message; To republish this story as part of a new event on your own account, then click on Add this to your story. How to repost your Instagram story if it doesn't work

However, one way to get around this restriction is to use your device's screenshot or screen recording feature. Regrammer, both of which are free and don't require you to log in with your Instagram or Facebook account information. Note: The following instructions are for the Regrammer app, but each step can be applied with Repost for Instagram 1- Open the Regrammer app on your device. 2- A message will ask you to grant the application permission to access your device’s photos.
Click OK. 3- The application will ask you if you want to receive notifications. This is optional.
Click “Allow” or “Do not allow”. 4- A welcome screen will appear with instructions. Click Skip.
5- Open the Instagram application on the same device and find the post you want to repost. 6- Click on the ellipsis in the upper left corner of the Instagram post. 7- Click on “copy link”. The link to this post will now be copied to the device.
8- Open the regrammer application, and the copied link will automatically appear in the search location in the application. If this is not the case, click on the search location, long press and paste the link yourself. 9- Click on Preview. A short video ad may play, ignore it and wait for your post to load.
10- By default, the name of the original account from which you obtained the video or photo will not be displayed when you re-share. To add the account name, click on any of the four square icons. You can click on the word Dark to put a black mark around the original account name. 12- Click on Repost. 13- The application will ask for permission to switch to the Instagram application, click Open. 14- Click on feed then next.
15- Edit the photo or video as you normally would, adding a filter or changing settings. Since you're reposting someone else's content, it's usually best not to change the way it looks too much, especially when it comes to artwork or photography. 16- Click next.
18- Add a description of the post, tags, hashtags, and location information as you would when creating your own post. Instagram allows up to 30 hashtags in a post description, which helps more people discover your post, so it's a good idea to use at least some of them. 19- When you are ready, click Share to publish your post, it will now be displayed directly on your account.
