Entering the center and adjusting the settings After creating the Help Center, you will be transferred to the control panel from which you can add the customer support team as users and set their permissions, create live chat, and adjust the center’s settings, such as visual identity, logo, etc., but later you will be able to log in to the Help Center by visiting its subdomain. After entering the help center that you created through Zaitoun, you must adjust its various settings. 3. Adding a live chat to the online store. The Zaitoun service allows the possibility of adding a live chat window to all types of websites and electronic stores, regardless of how they are created, completely free of charge.
