On this date, September 23, 1932 AD - Jumada al-Thani 21, 1351 AH, King Abdulaziz Al Saud issued a royal decree unifying the state, and it was transformed, pursuant to this decree, into the “Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.” The doodle provided by Google depicts the skyline of the Kingdom's capital, Riyadh, the Al-Faisaliah Towers and the Kingdom, with celebrations and fireworks in the background to celebrate the National Day of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
