How to organize time, and the most appropriate schedule for that.

There is no doubt that organizing time is one of the most important factors for success, and the importance of this organization has increased in our current time for several reasons, including the abundance of entertainment that may take up a lot of our time without us realizing it. Today we will talk about some of the facts that face us in organizing work time, organizing study time, organizing reading time…. Etc. from organizing the time of our daily life.
Before thinking about where you will spend your time, you should think about how much time you have? To answer this question, we have prepared for you the following diagram, which shows how much time we have for each task if we lived 78 years, God willing. This study was conducted within America and does not include the world - how much time do we have if we want to adopt and apply this study to our daily lives? We find that our lives are divided into 4 important stages that we must rethink, which are as follows: 1- Sleep: A normal person needs 6-7 hours of sleep daily, and since sleep takes 1/3 of our lives, we must rethink the hours of sleep and how we can exploit some of them to our advantage.
2- Work: The retirement age in America is different from our Arab countries, but the important thing is that work takes 10.5 percent of our lives and more, in my personal opinion, and here we have to think about the type of work we will do and whether it will help us develop later and whether it will teach us new things in life. 3-4:
9 years of free time - 9 years of fun
Modern technologies have taken a lot of our time, so we must organize our lives with this technology, set dedicated times for it, and take into account the importance of the time that we can spend on things that are more useful to us. As for the remaining 9 years, we must think of something useful to invest in and not leave them as mere empty years.

Journaling in time management: Delegating/delegating tasks on the time management journey: Organizing the workplace/study: Realizing the importance of time: Being firm in the decisions made: How to organize time. There are many practical steps and studies that help us organize our time, and today we will discuss the easiest of them and open the way for you to search for more plans and schedules for organizing time. Here are the most important steps for organizing time: - Having a list of daily tasks - Delegating/delegating tasks - Organizing the workplace/study - Realizing the importance of time - Being firm in decisions made Daily to-do list in time organizing: The to-do list is the cornerstone on which you will depend in all methods of organizing time, so you must think carefully before starting to develop your work plan. Among the tips that we always recommend when preparing a business plan: -
Have your weekly plan handy during setup. - Adopt fixed times to develop this plan, for example (every day at six in the evening). - Adopt a unified list and do not adopt multiple lists.
– Think carefully whether this list will suit you or not (before starting implementation). - Write all your activities in that list. - Write down and arrange these activities according to priority.
- Do not write similar activities and combine them into one activity, for example, reading multiple books. - Set a time for each activity and be careful not to exceed this time. – Review daily activities and tasks from time to time during the day.
- Leave room for emergency situations. Do not schedule the full time. -You must deal well with emergency matters and behave well. - Always think of a break, even if it is 15 minutes.
– This list should stay close to you. – Stick to your list. - Do not over-organize (so that it does not reflect negatively).
Delegating/delegating tasks in the journey of time management: In our daily lives, especially those that have become organized, we may always be able to save additional time by delegating some tasks to other people, and these tasks are generally not urgent, because always the urgent tasks directed to us must be done by ourselves and not delegated. What is meant by delegation here is to refer a task entrusted to us to another person who may be (a colleague - a friend - a brother... etc.), provided that this task is not urgent and includes those works (official transactions that do not require personal presence). Using delegation will save us a lot of time that we will spend on more important things during the journey of building an organized life.
Organizing the workplace/study: Before entering the collection of tips for the workplace and study, I always asked my friends a question: How can you work amidst this crowd of papers? How do you remember their places?
Do you have the ability to organize it?
…….etc. It was really sad to see all that chaos in the office of a young man who still has the ability to organize his life. Some tips in this context will greatly benefit you in organizing your time for the better: - Keep the office and workrooms in order. There is a famous English saying that says (Clear Your Desk, Clear Your Mind). When you do your daily work, do not bring to your office papers from previous days that you do not need or that you left behind from a previous day.
– Good lighting is something worth maintaining. – Order is a very beautiful thing, so keep it. - Arrange your tools in place.
- Organize your closet well. – The trash can is very important in the workplace. Realizing the importance of time: If you are not aware of the value of the time you have, then know that you are wasting it the most.
This is a fact, and to know the value and importance of time, I wanted to share with you an infographic about the importance of organizing time in our daily lives. Firmness in the decisions made: Dear reader, at this moment you can dismiss everything you have read in case you are an undecided person in your daily life and in your decisions. If you decide to pursue a specific goal, you must be firm in your decision.
If you decide to divide your time, you must be firm in your decision. If you want to proceed with a project, you must be firm in your decision. If you are not determined, you will not succeed in any of your goals, projects, or organizing your activities.
One of the books you can read about time management is the book: The Natural Laws of Time Management
