DROPIDEA | دروب ايديا - Eight questions to help you create an excellent landing page

Some may make an attempt or two to create their own “landing page” and publish it online, and may feel that this work is somewhat tedious. In this article, we will list eight important questions that will help you how to craft landing page text on the Internet to have a strong impact and bring you many conversions. The questions are divided into two sections: The first section: Questions to ask yourself before you start writing your first draft.

Section Two: Questions to ask yourself after writing the same draft. To clarify matters, we must study one of the examples: The example to be studied: A landing page for Saxo Bank. We can go directly to the questions if you prefer, but we will use the study of this example to clarify the points we want to explain.

Client:

Saxo Bank, an online investment bank based in Denmark. Product: Award-winning online currency trading software, sold by the similar website ForexTrading.com. Landing page on the Internet: This is the BBC page.

Which offers a trial version of the online currency trading software. The best goals we seek to achieve: 1. Increase the number of logins for the demo account. Reduce your cost per conversion.

Results: “Attempt A” resulted in an increase in test downloads by 99.4% and a reduction in conversion cost by 48.8%. Version control and diagnostics: The most important finding that appeared in the initial examination was a serious lack of relevance and value of the presentation. This created a high level of disagreement, and caused an attempt to move away from the main topic instead of integrating into the main issues.

Trial “A”: The most important modification was to the version itself. The first trial focused heavily on showing the value of the offer to potential customers. On the other hand, Trial “A” dealt with the difference by giving valuable, serious and relevant information and giving a logical reason to customers “why they should sign in for the trial version.” Questions you should ask yourself before you start writing your first draft: What is the purpose of my landing page? Confusion is one of the fatal things that diverts you from your correct path. The more you consider many possibilities, the more likely you will end up with nothing.

Achieve anything at all. So set one clear goal for your landing page,  establish one specific standard that can be applied, and then focus your landing page build on moving toward achieving that goal and using it.

If the goal of the landing page is to obtain logins, direct its copy to achieve this goal, and give serious evidence and logical reasons that answer this question, “Why should customers log in and try the account?” 2. What capabilities can I specifically offer?

Lack of clarity is one of the things that makes you move away from your goal. Every additional second that passes you must think about your capabilities in order to understand your offer, and increase the chances of integrating and continuing in the competition. You must make sure you understand all aspects of the offer you are presenting, every feature and benefit, what is related to the sales process, and determine the duration and conditions, before you start writing a single word. If you're creating and refining a landing page design for a client, sit down and talk to your product managers and make sure you know all the details, because defining things and getting them right from the beginning will save you time spent on drafts and correcting errors.

3- What are the benefits that will accrue to clients from what I offer them? Your customers are busy, and they will not allow many minutes to be wasted trying to discover what you will offer them. Therefore, do not waste their time and tell them the truth about what you offer them. Take all the time to write down all the features and benefits and set all priorities based on the needs of your audience, then identify the main points to confirm and create serious, credible value that suits the customer. 4- What does the customer need to know in order to accept the offer?

Is there any critical information related to your offer, special circumstances that you need the person to be aware of, or any incentive for them to take advantage of your offer? Are there any specific points of concern or hesitation that you need to clarify? The more you know your customers' purpose and understand their motivations and barriers, the easier it will be for you to provide the right information they need.

In the previous example, the version version did not provide any information about the trial version, and since the goal of the landing page is to download the trial version, it is extremely important for customers to know what will benefit them from the offer presented to them. What questions do you ask yourself after writing your first formula?

1- Have I given customers a good reason to accept my offer? Read the copy you have prepared and make sure you have covered all the important sales points, features and benefits, and if you have forgotten something you know what to do.

Have you summarized the most important points that will achieve sales?

And put it inside the main title? The title you chose for your landing page or ad is the most prominent part of this page, in addition to being the only part of the copy you have prepared that you can be 99.9% sure that customers will see and read. Do not try to lose any opportunity that qualifies you to reach your point of view. Do not try to manipulate words or be funny or cute. Choose the easiest and shortest way to tell your potential customers what they will gain from accepting your offer. This way, there will not be any iota of doubt. In their thinking, investing the time to read the rest of the landing page text and the ad is worth the effort.

3- Is there anything I can ignore and not mention? Some landing pages work well with a lot of text and others with too little text, but one thing is for sure: landing pages do not work well with too much text. The more precise and specific your landing page is, the better. So check your copy carefully, look for any redundant sections, and delete them quickly. You can also take into consideration that some sections may work better if they are summarized in specific points. Specific points are a great way to give ample space and make difficult sections easy to digest.

4- Does the design support the copy? Design and text go hand in hand, and the way a landing page is presented online has the biggest impact on the copy and how well it will be read, so design and text should support each other as well as the main landing page objective. To illustrate this point, I would like to share with you a simple example from a case study where I reduced the percentage of click on search words by

9.02% to appear more clearly by adding a little white space between the sub-headings and paragraphs: It’s time to start writing: Well, now you can start writing and get a lot of conversions after you know the eight questions, and all you have to do is gain the necessary strength to start your next project, but remember, “You must always do the testing process” because it is the only way to ensure that your landing page on the Internet has the strongest impact on your potential customers.
