Facebook is working to unify its business messaging platform with Instagram

This feature will allow companies to manage messages from both Facebook Messenger and Instagram through the same portal within the Facebook Pages Manager, which unifies conversations and correspondence between the two platforms. Currently, companies operating on the two platforms use private messages on them separately to communicate with customers and those interested in their services, which means that technical support employees usually deal with two different platforms, and this can have difficulties or even some negative repercussions in the event of a large number of messages received by these parties.
